How to prepare your visit with us
When people come to see us with simple questions, the issues are sometimes more complex that they seem. We might have some questions for you to help us get to the heart of the matter and help put together an action plan to best address your needs.
In order to make the most of your primary visit with us, we recommend that you bring more than you think you might need. That includes:
- your ID
- a copy of your lease or housing agreement
- name and contact information of any social worker that might be working with you
- copies of any legal forms you might have received (N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N11, L1, L2, Notice of Hearing, Notice of Decision, Eviction Order, Notice of Loss of Housing Subsidy, etc.)
- proof of payment for your rent (copies of bank statements, receipts, etc.)
